Hey… this is Gayathri.  Cooking for me was a necessity for survival.  I was always told that a way to a man’s heart is through his stomach, and it was the same with me. Well conquering my husband’s heart was easier, but to rule on it forever I had to cook yummy food. While my life kept moving on its merry way, motherhood happened and changed the dimensions completely. I quit my regular job to babysit my super girl. As she keeps growing older I decided to find something that suits my interest, while keeping a good balance between home and away.

How blogging happened?

I took up an interest in writing and decided to blog. Writing essays in school was a compulsion. Starting a food blog was venturing into a tunnel with many twists and turns.  We never know if an idea is good or bad until we make an attempt, guess it was my time to take the plunge. This blog will be all about food suggestions, places, and recipes. So binge on to food and make your tummy smile.

The Foodie in Me.

Passion has to eventually take over your life goals, and yes, it helps to take notice. Yummy food is not always complex to prepare. You can prepare good dishes with regular home ingredients. It just needs patience and love for food.  Exploring different tastes and textures of food is an absolute delight. It doesn’t matter whether you are vegetarian or non-vegetarian to discover the different aspects of food.
